Breakout Sessions Make 2019 Women in HVACR Conference a Standout Event

September 23, 2019

Boston is a wondrous city of seaside sightseeing and maritime delight. It’s also the anchor point for this year’s 16th Annual Women in HVACR Conference! The Pointman team is ready to storm the wharf — with snazzy company swag and personality to boot.

This year’s conference theme is “Connect. Cultivate. Grow.” and it’s an especially important one. This is the first year that Women in HVACR has added breakout sessions to the speaker line-up to provide more content for conference attendees. Here’s the breakdown:

Connect

Breakout sessions categorized “Connect” are centered around conversations about engagement. Among the presenters is Snow Business Coaching’s Angie Snow, the Vice President of Western Heating & Air Conditioning. Also presenting is Sarah Hammond, the President of Atlas Electric and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Plumbing Services, Inc., a 35-year-old family-owned business.

Cultivate

Bryan Orr of HVACRschool.com and Eugene Silberstein of HVAC Excellence are the chosen speakers for this year’s “Cultivate” breakout sessions. These sessions are centered around hands-on learning in the HVACR industry and mechanical field, content in high demand this year.

Grow

“Grow” sessions contain soft skills learning and discussions about personal branding. Ruth King, Channel Manager for HVACChannel.tv. and Colleen Keyworth, Marketing and Sales for Online Access, will lead the sessions and offer industry tips on how to market your best self.

We’ll have live updates on our social media pages during the conference. If you’re attending, don’t forget to stop by our table to learn more about how we service the HVACR, electrical and plumbing industry through our software.
