For the second year in a row, Pointman was ranked in Capterra’s list of Top 20 Most User-Friendly Field Service Management Software. Pointman improved its ranking year-to-year, moving from 14th on the Most User-Friendly list in 2018 to 13th in 2019.
A lot has changed with Pointman’s software-as-a-service solution in the past year. Now called PACT, this solution beyond software provides Pointman’s members with access to an on-staff analytics team, business coaching and industry support, along with award-winning software.
