The Pointman team is heading to Indianapolis for PHCC CONNECT 2019, the annual Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association conference running from October 2-5. In addition to exhibiting the company’s all-in-one offering featuring software and a personal success coach at Booth 319, members of the Pointman team will be presenting on two key topics impacting the industry.
Pointman CEO and Co-Founder Steve Kiernan II will host “Why Does Price Win 66% of the Time?” from 3:30-4:30 p.m. on October 3. This deep dive into company branding and market positioning will show why using the same differentiator as your competitors simply does not work.
In addition, Pointman’s VP of Content and Community, Tim McGuire, and its VP of Learning and Development, David Thiemecke, will present a Quality Service Contractors (QSC) Education Session. “Hearing is Not Enough — Overcome Objections and Take Control by Listening” will run from 2-3:30 p.m. on October 2. During this eye-opening workshop, McGuire and Thiemecke will explore the importance of actively listening to both your employees and your customers.
