Following the steps below will help us better address your questions/issues and get you the information you are looking for.

  1. Go to the settings page within the PointMan app
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the “Send Log File” button
  3. Send the log file to yourself via email
  4. Forward the email with the log file to support@prostarcorp.com and change the subject line to match what the request is about. In the body of the email, please include the following information:
    • Your first and last name
    • The company and industry you are associated with
    • Whether you are on the free trial, free, or paid version
    • What you are or intend to mainly use the app for
      • Ex: Locating Utilities, CDOT Requirement, Data/Asset Management, 811/OneCall Ticket Integration, Diff/VRS Support, External Pipe Locator and GPS/GNSS Integration, Forms and Mobile PDFs
    • How you heard about us
      • Ex: Referral, Webinar, Google Search, LinkedIn, Email, Other (Please specify)
    • Your question, issue, or reason for contacting us
      • If you are reporting an issue, please be as specific as possible as to what you are experiencing and include screenshots if possible.
