Following the steps below will help us better address your questions/issues and get you the information you are looking for.
- Go to the settings page within the PointMan app
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the “Send Log File” button
- Send the log file to yourself via email
- Forward the email with the log file to [email protected] and change the subject line to match what the request is about. In the body of the email, please include the following information:
- Your first and last name
- The company and industry you are associated with
- Whether you are on the free trial, free, or paid version
- What you are or intend to mainly use the app for
- Ex: Locating Utilities, CDOT Requirement, Data/Asset Management, 811/OneCall Ticket Integration, Diff/VRS Support, External Pipe Locator and GPS/GNSS Integration, Forms and Mobile PDFs
- How you heard about us
- Ex: Referral, Webinar, Google Search, LinkedIn, Email, Other (Please specify)
- Your question, issue, or reason for contacting us
- If you are reporting an issue, please be as specific as possible as to what you are experiencing and include screenshots if possible.
