  1. Go to the settings page within the PointMan app<\/li>\n
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the \u201cSend Log File\u201d button<\/li>\n
  3. Send the log file to yourself via email<\/li>\n
  4. Forward the email with the log file to support@prostarcorp.com<\/a> and change the subject line to match what the request is about. In the body of the email, please include the following information:\n

    • Your first and last name<\/li>\n
    • The company and industry you are associated with<\/li>\n
    • Whether you are on the free trial, free, or paid version<\/li>\n
    • What you are or intend to mainly<\/strong> use the app for\n
        \n
      • Ex: Locating Utilities, CDOT Requirement, Data\/Asset Management, 811\/OneCall Ticket Integration, Diff\/VRS Support, External Pipe Locator and GPS\/GNSS Integration, Forms and Mobile PDFs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • How you heard about us\n

        • Ex: Referral, Webinar, Google Search, LinkedIn, Email, Other (Please specify)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Your question, issue, or reason for contacting us\n
