    • Own or have access to a compatible mobile device capable of running PointMan® software.

    • Upon termination of this Offer, users are responsible for saving their data. ProStar, the developer of PointMan® software is not responsible to any loss of user’s data.
    • This Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be resold or exchanged.
    • This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
  3. Compatibility Disclaimer
    • Participation in this Offer does not guarantee software compatibility or successful integration with your Radiodetection or mobile device.
    • It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility based on the current system requirements and device specifications.

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law principles.
