How Do I Add Multiple Plus Licenses?

The purchasing process for PointMan software has been enhanced to provide a more efficient and self-serving workflow that also allows for easier management of licenses and subscriptions.

To Purchase a PointMan Plus License as a New User

  1. Navigate to the Pricing page on the PointMan website: https://pointman.com/pricing/
  2. Toggle the button towards the top of the pricing table to select between a monthly or annual payment.

3. Click the Buy Now button for the Plus license.

4. The Store Admin must fill out the Sign-Up form to proceed.

5. The Order page will then display. See example below.

6. On the Order page, there are a few Recommended Addons available.

    • This includes GPS Bumpers and additional users.

7. Additionally, there is the option to apply coupons.

8. Once all necessary items have been added to the cart, click Proceed to Checkout and the checkout page will display.

    • It will ask for the Account Information, Billing Address, and the Payment Details

9. Note: The Admin may click “Back to cart” at any time to cancel out of the checkout process should they choose to modify or cancel the order

10. Once ready to purchase, enter the required information and check the box next to “I agree…”

11. Click “Pay $### & subscribe” and wait for the changes to be applied.

After payment, the Store Admin will be directed to the Device Licenses page where all licenses purchased will be listed.

  • If the Store Admin intends to be the sole user, they may access the PointMan app using the same credentials entered for the Store account.
