2. If it isn’t there, please go back into PointMan and tap “Resend Code.”
3. Check your inbox and spam folder once more.
4. If there is still no confirmation code email, please call our PointMan Support Specialists at (970)683-5530.
5. We will need the email and username used to create the account, as well as the last four digits of the device ID, which can be found in the PointMan Settings page under the “Stand Alone License” section.
