A. Trimble Mobile Manager
- In the PointMan Settings page, switch the GPS type to “internal”. Then logout of, close, and kill the app completely.
- Verify that you have the Trimble Mobile Manager (TMM) app installed on your device.
- Verify that the TMM app is up to date (uninstall and reinstall the app if you are unsure of the version)
- Logout of and kill the TMM app. Then open PointMan and attempt to reconnect to the GPS/GNSS.
B. Uninstall/reinstall the app. Then attempt to reconnect to the GPS/GNSS.
C. If you are still experiencing issues with pairing to your Trimble GPS/GNSS device, please follow the directions listed under “I need help now”.
