Any transferring of data – for Plus users – will need to be done on the user’s end and will require BOTH devices (old and new). Thus, PLEASE HOLD ONTO THE OLD DEVICE UNTIL YOUR DATA HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY TRANSFERRED OVER.

If you have a Pro license, you do not need to worry about transferring any data as the data is automatically saved to the Cloud.  

However, if you are still in offline mode and have data that needs to be uploaded from the OLD device, please go back online, and allow the app to sync your local data with the Cloud data before getting rid of the device.

You will then need to contact PointMan Support at  to get your license transferred over. We will need the last four characters of the device id for both the old and new device. Please label them accordingly in the email you are composing.

To find the device id:

  1. Go to the Settings page in the PointMan app
  2. Scroll down to the “Stand Alone License” section
  3. Find the label called “device id” followed by a long string of  letters and numbers
